Unless they start hiring third-party production staff, they're not going to be able to release anything they haven't already started releasing (including Nanoha and Nanoha A's), and a few series might be left in partially-released status (including Black Lagoon and Karin)...
Folks over on Usenet have been worried about an industry shakeout for a while now - it looks like it's finally starting.
