Best guess is either (a) Geneon hires someone else to do the translation, dubbing, mastering, and retail, or (b) Dentsu sells off Geneon's licences as part of winding up the company.
(Outside chance on (c) Geneon comes back or (d) it never gets released. But don't hold your breath.)
I don't have a lot of hope for Geneon's chances, now...
