I assume we mean home software? I don't like any of them, personally.
I tend to just copy my Documents & Settings dir to a secondary (and tertiary) drive, and that covers everything for me, since in general I find rebuilding more useful/effective than restoring.
One of these days I'll write up a script to do the mirroring automatically.
If you're loking at a datacenter level, Commvault is the best out there, IMO.--
