I'm willing to stipulate everything after Dark Star's summoning was terribad, but before that it was as enjoyable as anything in Slayers
was, least wise for me. The inevitable Xellos betrayal still cracks me up when only Filia seems outraged or even surprised.
Looking at the promo art, I already feel a deep loathing for the cute obnoxious mascot, despite not even having heard anything about it. It simply LOOKS that
annoying.
