Uh, Morgan, 4 and 3.5 star average ratings are usually considered *good*.

Honestly, it's not bad for the PS2. You'll notice artifacts because of the conversion from an interlaced image to a non-interlaced one, but on the few
480p games it looks remarkably good. If I had the room for it I'd totally use mine more.
