Spore! a delightfully addictive game, the gameplay has some astoundingly good parts to it, even if, technically speaking, EA couldn't pour butt butter out of a boot with the instructions on the heel..

Prime Specimen: Passive +MaxHP

Colony Craze: Passive Discount on Colonization gear
Civ - Blue
Spice Savant: Passive +Spice Production

It's a little min-maxey, but this is the proposed 'build' for the Galactic Financial Empire I'll be setting up on my home machine..  The Balloon Birds of Planet Goat Poop game, on my laptop, is well on its way to becoming an economic powerhouse, I think this build will rake in the moneys even faster.
