Not an anime girl (yet), actually. That's Akiho Nonosaki, main
heroine of the adult game 'Moshimo Ashita ga Harenaraba' (If tomorrow
is clear) (ã‚‚ã—も明日ãŒæ™´ã‚Œãªã‚‰ã°), by Palette. I seem to remember hearing that
there was going to be an anime adaption of the game sometime in 2009,
but I may be mistaken.
