The disclaimer link on the bottom, and a whois search on the domain name, both indicate that this is a legitimate PETA site. Personally, it seems like fairly
standard PETA stuff to me. Some of you may recall their comics/flyers for younger
kids, "Your Mommy Kills Animals" (anti-fur) and "Your Daddy Kills Animals" (anti-fishing); in comparison, this is fairly tame.
