My wife had a very different reaction to this, that I thought I'd relate:

"We don't know what really happened. Sure, what's written is lame, but for all we know he could have looked at her in a threatening manner,
behaved in a way that made her feel threatened. She may have felt honestly threatened by something he did that isn't mentioned in that report."
Thinking about it, I have to agree. The reporting is horrible, but the security wouldn't have bothered to report it if *something* hadn't triggered
some measure of alarm.
