Aside from the choice of language, not really much. Priss's VA singer for the dub has a bit deeper of a voice than her Japanese one(the comparison to Joan Jett in The Iron Age is rather apt), though I note that the backup singers in the Japanese version of Konya Wa Hurricane are a bit better at their job than the English ones.
Say Yes! actually isn't that different at all, by comparison, as Vision's VA has a fairly soft, somewhat higher pitched voice, which equates to the Japanese seiyuu singing the song pretty well. The main difference, again, is that the lyrics are in English and you can actually follow them without being bilingual. :lol
