Dawn of War 2 and what it may change in RTS

#7
My major problem with the game, aside from how they stripped back the number of sides from the first DoW (as a transparent excuse to release more expansions),
is that the scale is all wrong for Warhammer 40,000. I liked the first game, but I always thought that bigger battles would be nice. The second game adds in
squad customization, cover, experience, and the like, but it restricts the scale even more. What's the point of a total force of 50 Imperial Guardsmen and
one tank? Shouldn't Tyranids come in hordes, not small packs? I want a 40k RTS on a larger scale- heck, I want a turn-based PC implementation of the 40k
tabletop game.

I've been writing a bit.
