Even better news: I sent that an email to the company that first recruiter of mine runs, mentioning I was a client 20 years ago and in need of his services once again, signed (as I have signed all my job-related email) with my full name. Twenty minutes later I get a phone call, "Bob! You signed it 'Robert', but you're Bob!". He'd phoned me directly, spouted enough detail to assure me that he remembered me well, and then we went into a 45-minute strategy session. I'm in such a good mood now.

Quote:(BTW, did you send me a LinkedIn invitation?)I accidentally spammed a bunch of people with what I thought was a "find them on LinkedIn" input box. So, yeah, if that's what you mean. If you mean, "why haven't you invited me yet?", it's because I wasn't sure which Rob Kelk was you.
