I have a phone interview with NJ unemployment this morning over the circumstances of my firing which will determine if any or all of my benefits are denied.
Waiting for the call to come is driving me nuts.
Update: I just got off the phone with the examiner. There was no one from my HR department available to conference as was the company's right, so that
reduced my stress a little -- though they still have 24 hours to get back to the examiner with anything they might want to add or dispute. I don't think
there's much to dispute, though, as I told things exactly as they were -- though, admittedly, from my point of view.
I won't know for another week what will happen with my benefits, either way.

Then the horns kicked in...
...and my shoes began to squeak.
