So... the HR guy looks at other jobs with "advanced knowledge" on them, and slaps 10+ years on the front. He hasn't a clue what it means, he just
assumes it's okay.
The trick is getting past the idiot barrier to the person who has the real need. Maybe if you have concurrent project experience, which if added sequentially
equals more than ten years, that would pass the idiot barrier?
