Given zero traffic and better road markings, I could have safely travelled the Glenn at 70-80mph. Traction isn't an issue, I have excellent tires and ~8500 lbs of weight on my side. The 60mph was just the fastest that I felt was 'safe' given the traffic/visibility/road marking visibility matrix.
