The trees were just dropped off a few minutes ago, to be planted tomorrow morning. Because of the rootball problem -- apparently because of the warm and wet weather we've had over the past few weeks the rootballs for everything had to be dug bigger because they'd grown more -- because of this, the trees are smaller than we initially ordered; they're the largest he could move without renting equipment that would a) cost us $250 more and b) need to drive through our neighbors' yard.
In any case, I will do my best to document the implantation, per the forum's collective orders. Mind you, digging holes and plopping trees into them isn't nearly as exciting as cutting down a cedar, so I suspect there won't be any video this time.
