*nods* There's a family owned chocolate shop in Ottawa called Stubbes, and in addition to making amazing truffles they also make 'homemade' chocolate bars[0], among which is a red pepper and dark chocolate one. It is IIRC ~80% cacao, and even so, you eat it in small chunks. I'd patronize them more often but as a student even thinking about it makes my budget weep bitter tears.
[0] I defy you to find commercial bars that use whole hazelnuts, almonds or identifiable fruit chunks. And a substrate that isn't milk chocolate.
