Ok, my turn... Eastern wall only get morning exposure to sunlight. (Next door building plays a contributing factor)

Jorlem also has the right idea of humidity factor. Do you run a dehumidifier? or do you have central air?

Last factor. From your windows/porch can you see A/C units going up the side of the building? If so, can you tell if any of them are running? (Dripping water is a tell-tale)
