According to the Daz3D forums thread about the character, they're Hot Uniforms Teacher by Pretty3D at Daz3d and Martini Nights hair by Bice/outoftouch at Renderosity, respectively.

Also according to that thread, there's a slight problem with the installer for the Genesis version of Manami, so buy her now while she's on sale but reset the download later this week once the fixed installer is available.

Edit: The fixed installer's available, so you should reset your download now...

So does the download come with everything there, or do you need to buy those items separately?
