Okay... Here are some words. This is awesomely touching. I'm not even a Chevy guy (with some exceptions - of which the Impala SS is one) and this choked me up.
I wish I could do something like that for my dad. But it would be a lot more difficult because he's never really had that much of a personal relationship with just a single car. He's bought and sold and traded so many through the years that they tend to blur together. If I found one that he'd really liked and regretted selling, it would be special, but not as special as what the video showed.
On the other hand, if someone found my old 1967 Mustang and brought it back to me, I think my reaction would be a lot like the father in this film.
