Congratulations, but I do hope you know what the winters are like over there?

After staying there for a year my father, a native to Washington State that grew up in the foothills of the Cascades, said that the novelty of snow has worn off from him. :p

Considering that I'm moving out of a tiny apartment in the suburbs of the same city, BA, that I've lived in for the past seven years, I'd say I'm quite familiar with Rochester winters. And the condo has the advantage of an attached garage, and an HOA that pays for daily snowplowing.
