This one came up in the Daz3D freebie forum, and I only had a partial answer (which I've already given).
A kind soul who went by the handle "Shukky" made some outfits for Victoria3 and Aiko3 a few years ago, Some of those outfits were obviously based on anime or game character outfits, and are no longer available... but somebody's just asked for them. We have to say "no, we can't legally send them to you even if we do have them," but when I say that, I much prefer to add "but you could try these as replacements."
So, how would you replicate these outfits, using only free items?
(I've already found and posted the addresses of more modern replacements for the other three of Shukky's anime/game-inspired outfits - two plugsuits and Chun-Li's outfit.)

- Major Kusanagi's usual bodysuit and jacket, from Ghost in the Shell: Stand-Alone Complex
- Nanoha's "barrier jacket"
- whatever this one is (I know I should know it, but I'm drawing a blank)
- whatever this one is (which I don't recognize at all)
