Eh - similar logic. You could also do what Batman the Animated series did - invoke the idea of a generalized "Middle of the Last Century" setting with little or no specifics in terms of specific decade mentioned.
Anyway - I think they've at least captured the right feel of Lupin in the trailer. We'll see how well it works as a full film soon. |
