Fell off the wagon
Fell off the wagon
#1
As a recovering D&D3.x player, it's too easy sometimes to slip and lose a weekend to making up a prestige class, or just come up with a new feat over dinner. I'm sorry to say it, but this happened to me just now, so I hereby submit myself for public shaming.

Lyrical Frenzy
Prerequisites: Bardic Music, Barbarian Rage, appropriate character background
Description: Many of the cultures which are famed for producing berzerking warriors also have a strong bardic tradition, often as the primary keepers of tribal history. By necessity these wild skalds have developed the ability to remain clear headed enough to maintain the chant of their tale while still whipping up the energy needed to impress their fierce kin.
Effect: Allows Bard and Barbarian levels to stack for the purposes of Bardic Music and Barbarian Rage. The character still cannot use spells or put on a magical performance while Raging, however.
Note: The "Practiced Caster" feat is also recommended as for any other multi-classed spellcaster, to keep the Caster Level up with up to four other class levels.
