My BB's a personal phone - government gave me a Galaxy 3. (And I picked up a stylus for the ~30% of the time my fingers and the touchscreen don't like each other.)
It's definitely a learning curve to figure out everything. If you have a Blackberry Playbook, you can use the same sorts of gestures... but almost nobody bought a Playbook.
