A British consulate -- in Texas, I think it was -- once in the 1960s or '70s posted a notice that it was closed on the Fourth "due to circumstances beyond our control."  
Incidentally, that looks remarkably like the insignia of Hydra the lady's wearing on her shoulder ... the true allegiance of the Battenbergs revealed?
