What weapon is this supposed to be?

Actually of the AKM, which was a modernized AK-47 the Soviets introduced in 1959.  That small indentation just above the magazine is the most obvious giveaway (well, there's also that the picture is titled "AKM4"); the '47 has a much longer and broader -- but shallower -- indentation in approximately the same place.  They use the same 7.62 x 39mm ammunition.
