Thanks for the heads-up. Is Sitenotice_id decimal, hexadecimal, or something else?

It's JS ===, so I'm pretty sure that's just string comparison.  You could use "11" or "foo" or "apples" and I'm pretty sure it won't care as long as it's different from what came before.  We also have a major version number set in the PHP configuration, so we can bump a different number for global sitenotices.
