It doesn't seem to be updating - I put the template on "Absurdly Youthful Mother" (the reason was on that page, just not in the template), but "Absurdly Youthful Mother" is still on the list after a page refresh.

Oh, and I have a few stock entries that cover roughly half the pages:
{{noreallife|Calling real-life people "evil" is an extremely bad idea.}}
{{noreallife|All The Tropes is not a gossip site.}}
{{noreallife|All The Tropes does not care to [[squick] its readers.}}

Purge works for that specific purpose as otherwise it's just the original cache.
