Uhm.... Dumb question, but there is a boat launch, right? You know, concrete ramp leading down into the water so you can back your boat trailer into the water and launch it that way? I mean, most trailers built for hauling boats that are relatively flat-bottomed can do this. (That is, the boats that don't have the big stabilizer fins on the keel. Which I imagine a gondola does not have.)

PS: If you need a suitable enough truck, Benjamin has come into possession of a nice Ford F-350 Superduty, four-door cab, dualie axle, long bed. Yeah, it can haul your boat.
