[RFC] Going beyond simply filing off the serial numbers?

Though they're autonomous AIs instead of operator controlled, I still have to say my favorite anime in that style is Busou Shinki Battle Masters (TV, the OVA is much more action-oriented) - it's somewhat short on actual battle sequences but full of lots of fun stuff about action-figure-scale beings trying to interact with the human-scale world, and world-shaking quests like "Bring master the boxed lunch he forgot to take!"

Pity the PSP games don't seem to have gotten a localization, or even a fan translation guide.
