[OOC][PLOT] The Return of Planning for Arc 1 - Arrivals

Y'know, I was thinking of asking whether it might or might not be a good idea to help Misaka Misaka and Kazakiri Hyoga be able to safely unlock FUSE/Kazakiri (which canonically has the power of an angel, roughly on par with a NGE angel)... Now I'm thinking we might need that just to survive Ben.

I can't wait until we move into space - then we can have a proper Lensman Arms Race. We certainly have the mindset for one.
