...Oh wait.  This is up in Canada.  Rob, what's the rules like up yonder in the Frozen North?

I know there's a separate private pilot's license for ultralights (anybody with a commercial aircraft license can fly one), but I don't know the rules for the vehicle itself. I'll check this evening.
