Speaking of the trick-or-treating - I've been looking for ideas for costumes for some of the NPC displacees. Found this. Ms. Carroll might get upset, so... no.
EDIT: Okay, I found Tsumugi's outfit. Don't know whether she's supposed to be somebody in particular or just dressing up, but IMHO she's lovely in that outfit. RE-EDIT: Found more, which I've listed on the wiki
