(Aoi calls everybody "-san" except for "Karou-sama", Karou calls everyone "-san" except for "Aoi-chan", Miyabi calls everybody "-san" except "Aoi-sama" and "Karou-dono", and nobody else notices this? I guess denial isn't just a river in Egypt.)
