Yeah, we're doing a lot of random transliterations. Ryo-Ohki instead of Ryououki, Tohsaka instead of Toosaka, Osaka instead of Oosaka, and Tokyo instead of Toukyou. Oosaka the city is pronounced osaakaa in English, which translates back as osarkar or something like "honorable soccer".
