I'm counting 17 or 18 human-sized members, and 3 that could theoretically travel in a smaller form.  Though if Diana travels as a cat I'm not sure how she dons her costume unless she borrows Usagi's disguise pen.  Also there are missing costumes.  We need costumes, and soon.

I think your late additions follow my "one idiot limit".  Mihoshi could violate it, but she's distractable, and in the long run she's luckier if she doesn't interfere in the scene.
