Well, it works either way with the two of them staying behind. Though I was under the impression that the dojo was strictly a family thing - something they kept going as a means to practice and hone their skills for their ‘actual’ business, and that the Midoriya was really no more than a front. (Albeit, one that makes them a bit of money, but still just something that lets them pass as ‘normal’.)
