It isn't in dialogue - I think we're safe leaving off the "-chan".
Rob, you're suffering from the same thing that hits me a lot -- seeing what you expect to see and not what's actually typed. You have spelled it "A L C I A" in that line.
"A L C I A" is a funny way to spell "Washu"...
(Yeah, the other name needs to be fixed, but BA already said he'd do that.)
