Surprisingly, the latest Subprime Directives chapter (I can't call it the new chapter because it went up six of days ago) is not the first time we've gotten third-person narration from Cpt. Hasegawa (as distinct from a first-person surface log entry); that would be the end of The Westerosi's fifteenth chapter, as "The Broken-Winged Gull" woke up from having the three-eyed crow chase her out of Bran Stark's dream. Now, "A Stranger in a Strange Land" walks into a strange (even, or perhaps especially, by Qartheen standards) place where more psionic shenanigans unfold, in the instalment Mal could only call "Jade Vs. The House Of The Undying":
