Though with PvP IOs being available from the Merit Vendor here is what i would do for those. You can get the Gladiator's Armor +3% defence IO and put it in Resist Physical Damage. The Winter's Gift +20% Slow Res and put it in Super Jump. This last one is a bit of an option but if you want a little more resistance you can get the Shield Wall +5% Resistance IO and put it where the accuracy IO is in Parry.
