I'm going to need to throw in a few smaller bits myself - namely Ben conceiving the idea and pitching it to his residents before pitching it to the other apartment managers.

Okay, I found a place for it. Wasn't easy, considering how many scenes Ben was already involved in.

EDIT: And I just had a thought. Maybe Mamoru, Chibi-Usa, Artemis, Luna, and Diana turning up at Westwoods is why Ben decided to have a party? It would let everybody know that they're here. (And how do Mamoru &c. show up? Do they get dropped on the doorstep, does Sasami notice them, does Chidori-san notice them, do they show up some other way?)

RE-EDIT: And I've done some story-arc welding. No doubt there's still some more to be done.
