Far more harm in setting the precedent than good, I think. It's important for creators to be able to benefit from their work of course, but this is about the worst way to go about it since if they couldn't squash the site owners in the first place all they have to do is register a different domain name and off they go again, in what becomes at best a game of litigious whack-a-mole.
