While there are a fair number of attractive female characters, fanservice should be fairly minimal. No more than you're likely to get from almost literally any anime.

The story follows: the pragmatic Hachiman Hikigaya, Yukino Yukinoshita and friendly Yui Yuigahama, who, despite their varying personalities and ideals, offer help and advice to others as part of their school's Service Club. It largely depicts various social situations faced by teens in a high school setting and the psychology driving their interactions.

The viewpoint character of the light novels, Hachiman is a student in class 2F of Sōbu High School who has been discriminated in the past to the point that he becomes isolated, friendless, and pragmatic to a fault. His most prominent feature is his set of "dead fish-eyes" that puts people off. Due to years of social isolation, he has developed a habit of observing people in his surroudings from a distance, earning him a skill for social perception, figuring out the true nature of people. He believes that youth is an illusion created by hypocrites, for hypocrites, born from his past failures. His experience leads him to believe the happiness of others is a facade.

Basically a socially awkward cynic has to learn how to make friends. Now dump him and a bunch of other OreGairu characters into My Hero Academia and watch as high school social drama and over the top shonen tropes collide.

A trait he has in his original series is what he calls 108 Skills, which are a bunch of useless abilities he's accumulated over his years as a loner (ie. finding faults in others, feigning sleep, and blabbering to himself). In My Hero Academia, he get the quirk 108 Skills, which lets him copy 108 different quirks at 1/108th power. Since he never encounters anyone with a hero grade quirk as a kid, he winds up with effects like pick up a piece of popcorn with his mind (nerfed telekinesis), change the channel with his mind (nerfed electromagnetic control), and feign having a fever (nerfed molten hot skin).
