From someone's avatar on SB that was an actual screencap, which looked at a quick glance like she was doing this thanks to the shadows, off-center iris, and a blood streak I edited out

From a white-and-cream collectable figure image someone posted when the concept was mentioned, with the note that it was the wrong colour scheme but otherwise a good fit. I considered darkening the "mask" more but it's at least as dark as Eartha Kitt, and if Best Catwoman isn't good enough I don't know how to help you.
