Okay, what group do I need to be a member of now to use Special:EditProfile? I stumbled over a recently-created user -- Rohitjoklar123 -- who is using his social profile page for search engine spam. I've banned him, but I apparently no longer have the rights to use EditProfile to get rid of the spam:

You do not have permission to update other users' social profiles, for the following reason:

You are not allowed to execute the action you have requested.

It would be real nice if someone could delete all this link spam. I'd do it myself, but... well...

It would also be nice if someone else helped me track down the ones older than a year. The next page of 300 has lots of unexpected blue links on user names...

And then there are some borderline cases:
