Yeah.
While there's plenty of stupidity to go around here, it's actually just the symptom and not the disease.
I have maintained for a while that sufficiently advanced stupidity
(a) results in conditions indistinguishable from the results of villainy;
(b) requires the support of villainy to sustain itself.
