The creation of entitlements that have no end, and no impetus to get people off of them because it is easier for them to live on something that barely keeps them comfortable than take the chance of finding and then losing a job, or because they just don't want to FUCKING WORK.Actually, from what I hear from US officials, the NO GO zones are much worse in the Netherlands because of the strong social safety net.
