Ummmm.... uh...  Shaggy from Scooby Doo?  Who else?  Donald Duck... you probably meant male human.

Huh.  This is hard.  I can think of like 500 characters in Bleach alone who can see ghosts, but in Western works?  Okay, looking... Harry Dresden?  Most of these characters are female for some reason, probably an empathy role.  There's only the one ghost in Slings and Arrows.  Maybe Fakir, he's German?  Peter, Winston, Ray, and Egon, of course.
