Well, the incumbent has announced without evidence that he's been re-elected. Given his track record with that sort of statement, I assume that means there'll be a new person in the Oval Office in 2021.

But seriously, the GOP currently have fewer possible paths to the White House than the Dems do. And nothing will be known for sure until each state announces its final results... which could take the rest of the month to be determined.
